Academic Information:
We provide academic support as an integral part of our program, offering three hours of schooling every weekday. Within each program, academic coaches assist families in determining the most suitable educational path for their child. We offer two academic options:
- Home School collaboration with the child’s school of record: This option involves coordinating with the student's current school to provide independent study work during their time at Ascend. This ensures a seamless transition back to their school upon discharge, maintaining continuity in their education.
- Enrollment in an accredited online learning program: Teens can stay on track academically by enrolling in an accredited online learning program while at Ascend. Our coaches collaborate with the child's school of record to select appropriate coursework, ensuring they remain academically engaged during their stay.
